PWK's Three Steps to Success [in Gears of War]
This post from PWK makes me miss the days when i had time to GOW. We [my other geeked out Xbox peeps] used have some insane fights. His pointers here are legit. Cover is crucial to that game. Although, i’d have to disagree with number 1. From my experience, the shotgun seemed to rock the house.

apparently me answering the door with my shotgun last night at 11:30 PM was a “bit much”. This according to the cop at the door.
Luckily, he (the cop) was just coming by to let us know our garage door was open. And, to let us know there had been some Xmas present theft

There is something to be said for the “crouwd sourcing” concepts out here today. This article is a good spin on a VC focused crowd sourcing concept. And it’s one that, in my opinion, needs to be explored further. Quite honestly, if i had the time these days i would seriously start dissecting it.
Let’s hope someone does.
Wow. The layoffs a keep on coming.
It seems as though every headline hitting the news wire these past few days deals with corporate layoffs. 10% here. 12,000 there. Blah, blah, blah. Etc. Etc.
If anyone was skeptical about the US being in a full on recession, this should quickly change their position.
